Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for a large-scale construction programme. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier assessment and tender evaluation, and handover to project teams.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Contract Management and Legal to secure commercially sound agreements, manage RFx processes, evaluate bids and prepare award recommendations, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial and technical responsibilities in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, writing and negotiations.
• Experience with RFx processes, tender evaluation and bid analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with capital equipment, construction materials, total cost of ownership or HSE requirements is an advantage.
• A proactive, structured and collaborative approach, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Job description

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join a large-scale industrial transformation programme. In this role, you will lead procurement activities for construction projects, from sourcing strategy and supplier assessment to tender evaluation, contract negotiations and handover. You will analyse supplier markets, manage RFx processes, evaluate bids and prepare award recommendations. Working closely with Project Management, Contract Management and Legal, you will ensure commercially sound agreements, efficient procurement processes and alignment with project timelines, budgets and applicable regulations. You will also contribute to procurement procedures, supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
