Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist in Stockholm to enable trading clients to adopt the Eqlipse Trading platform. You will train users, lead business configuration, and guide clients to a confident go-live.

The role requires standout presentation skills, client-focused communication, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements across EMEA and beyond. Hybrid work with some travel supports global client onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in client onboarding or enablement within financial services or capital markets tech.
Ability to translate complex platform concepts into actionable training for diverse audiences.
Experience configuring enterprise software to meet client requirements.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored training programs and hands-on workshops for trading clients.
Lead business configuration activities with clients to optimize platform settings.
Develop training materials, guides, and workshop content for Eqlipse Trading.
Assess client readiness at onboarding milestones and support go-live.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Support to keep content current.
