Job summary

Accenture Sweden in Stockholm is seeking a Client Account Lead to drive executive relationships and lead complex transformation programs across Sweden and the Nordics. You will partner with senior leaders to shape growth, AI adoption, and digital strategies while directing multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, business development, and deep industry expertise in communications, media, and technology, with a hybrid working model in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, technology, strategy, business development, or leadership roles.
• Strong experience in Communications, Media & Technology sectors.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives.
• Experience shaping and leading complex transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in AI, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, or operating model change.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow executive-level relationships with leading CMT organizations in Sweden and the Nordics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers on growth and transformation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, operations, cloud, data, and AI.
• Identify opportunities and develop business cases delivering measurable client value.
• Connect client ambitions with Accenture's global capabilities and partnerships.
• Bring industry insights into strategic client conversations and broader stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach colleagues while fostering a collaborative culture.
