Accenture Nordics is seeking a skilled consultant to join the Technology Strategy team in Malmö. You will advise clients on digital transformation journeys, combining business strategy with technology leadership.

With experience in consulting, IT strategy, data & analytics, and cloud strategy, you will help define operating models, unlock data value, and drive transformative programs for Nordic clients, collaborating with senior stakeholders across industries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results.
• Fluent in English; Swedish skills preferred.
• Experience in consulting, IT strategy, data analytics or cloud strategy.

• Experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy, operating models, data & analytics, future tech, cloud strategy, tech transformation etc.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish
• An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points
• In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experience in team‑leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.).
• Experience from the Retail industry is beneficial for this role but not mandatory
• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
