Job summary

Accenture Nordics seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to guide large organisations through identity and access transformation, advising security and technology leaders on direction and delivering programmes with measurable value.

You will build long-term client relationships, own outcomes, and shape work across a diverse client portfolio, while helping clients prepare for and benefit from AI securely in a hybrid Stockholm, Göteborg or Malmö setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and leading multi-area programmes.
• Ability to understand client needs and shape engagements around them.
• Commercial awareness to contribute to shaping and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior client stakeholders on identity and access direction and develop strategy.
• Lead the delivery of complex transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Build long-term client relationships and earn the right to be called by clients.
• Shape and win new work with a clear point of view for client sectors.
• Invest in growing the capability and the people in the team.
