Job summary

Nordea in Stockholm seeks an experienced Client Executive to lead the Large Corporates & Institutions Real Estate portfolio and strengthen client relationships in Sweden.

You will drive strategy, originate new opportunities, and manage credit risk while coordinating with Nordea’s product areas. The role is based in Stockholm and emphasizes senior-level client dialogue and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years experience in the real estate industry at senior level, preferably in real estate financing.
• Experience in strategic analysis and/or Markets, Investment Banking & Equities will be advantageous.
• Strong networking within the Swedish real estate industry.
• Solid understanding of credit risk and bank product offerings for real estate clients.

Responsibilities

• Define the relationship strategy with the client team and execute it successfully.
• Origin new business opportunities leveraging your real estate network.
• Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
• Manage and grow client portfolios with credit risk in mind.
• Maintain senior-level dialogue with clients and promote Nordea’s services.
• Build a network with Nordea stakeholders to coordinate with clients.
• Lead debt financing projects internally and externally.
• Oversee credit and compliance processes to meet targets.
