Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Business Developer to contribute to strategic and commercial development topics across Commercial Development, Commercial Execution and Private Banking Sweden. The role involves turning ideas into practical solutions and measurable improvements, with collaboration across Nordic markets.

You will drive initiatives, prepare analyses and lead projects with stakeholders, aiming to strengthen growth and commercial performance for Private Banking Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, management consulting, strategy, transformation or project management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing decision material and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives and deliver results in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with Private Banking leadership to support growth and commercial performance.
• Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities, customer propositions, services and ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives and lead cross-functional projects across Nordea.
• Represent Private Banking Sweden in strategic projects across countries and business areas.
• Prepare analyses, business cases, recommendations and presentation material to support decisions.
• Follow market trends and performance to identify opportunities for growth and ensure implementation.
