Job summary
Nouryon in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Paper & Board to drive the technical and commercial advancement of our European paper, board and tissue business. You will own key CMC applications, strengthen customer partnerships, and position Nouryon as the preferred solution provider in tissue and barrier coatings.
The role involves conducting technical audits for Nordic key accounts and distributors, supporting an Account Manager, and working with Sales, Marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in technical sales or technical service with direct customer interaction.
- Hands-on experience with tissue, board, or barrier coatings.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and commercial advancement of Nouryon's Paper, Board and tissue business in Europe.
- Conduct technical audits for Nordic key accounts and distributors to identify opportunities for CMC, surfactants and chelates.
- Travel approximately 40-50% across Europe, with occasional travel to the Middle East and North Africa.
