Responsabilidades

Overview

ZARA Store Manager - Stockholm Area. The Store Manager is directly responsible for the success of the store. Their strong leadership and retail experience set the example for the team while handling customer service, human resources, processes, sales & stock management, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide the highest level of care to customers.
• Commercial tasks: Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise according to standards and reports; support the Visual Merchandising/Commercial team in the store.
• Sales & Stock Management: Manage budget responsibilities, ensure stockroom organization and delivery processes meet standards, and ensure all store processes are carried out correctly and within productivity standards.
• Loss Prevention: Work with the Loss Prevention department to meet shrinkage goals, oversee store inventories, and maintain high accuracy in stock counts.
• Human Resources: Oversee proper training for all staff, recruit and promote candidates, develop and maintain strong team members; ensure HR procedures are followed (payroll, store coverage, budgeted hours, training).
• General services: Organize tasks related to maintenance, store orders, heating/cooling, and music in the store.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a positive work environment, follow health & safety routines, and adhere to ZARA company policies and Massimo Dutti management principles.
