Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provides highest level of care to customers.
• Commercial tasks: Keeps floor stocked and reports; supports Visual merchandising.
• Sales & Stock Management: Manages budgets, stockroom, and deliveries; ensures processes.
• Loss Prevention: Works with LP to meet shrinkage goals and accuracy.
• Human Resources: Trains staff; recruits and develops team; follows HR procedures.
• General service: Manages maintenance, store orders, climate, and music.
• Health and safety: Maintains safe, compliant work environment per Zara policies.
