Job summary

Samsonite is seeking a proactive retail associate to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and supervise the sales team as needed. You will deliver outstanding customer service while highlighting product features and promotions to maximise sales.

You will maintain stock accuracy, merchandising standards and store cleanliness, handle transactions and refunds efficiently, and contribute to training and development of staff. The role requires teamwork and a positive company image.

Responsibilities
