Job summary

Levi's Store Stockholm is seeking a Supervisor who leads by example, inspires the team, and delivers first-class customer experiences. As a key part of the store management alongside the Store Manager, you will develop employees and drive toward the store's sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

You have experience from service or retail, preferably in a leadership role, and a genuine interest in jeans, fashion and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during daily work.
• Ensure a high level of service and an inspiring customer experience.
• Coach and introduce new employees, as well as contribute to the team's development.
• Plan and prioritise daily operations alongside the store manager.
• Follow up on sales, the store's goals and key figures, and work actively to achieve them.
• Ensure the store is always well-organised, inspirational and adheres to Levi's concepts and visual guidelines.
• Take responsibility for the shop in the store manager's absence.
