Job summary

Cellnex leads complex telecom infrastructure projects across Denmark and Sweden with a strong emphasis on people leadership and commercial acumen. This role based in Stockholm oversees Deployment, Customer Network Engineering and project delivery, guiding a multidisciplinary team across countries to meet quality, safety and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and programme management in a large organisation.
• Led deployment, network upgrades, site modifications and establishment of new sites.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, mobile networks, DAS solutions and Small Cells.
• Familiarity with supplier management, contracts and technical specifications.
• Experience with department budget ownership, financial monitoring, resource planning and performance management.
• Led and inspired multidisciplinary teams across countries or specialist functions.
• Ability to establish close working relationships with customers, finance and sales.
• Higher education in a related field; proficient IT and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall responsibility for Deployment and Customer Network Engineering in Denmark and Sweden.
• Provide people leadership across Denmark and Sweden, including performance management and resource planning.
• Take ownership of the department budget and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure delivery of technical solutions within DAS, Small Cells and other telecom infrastructure.
• Lead projects from design through handover and optimisation.
• Support sales with technical and commercial proposals and cost calculations.
• Evaluate technical solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Maintain dialogue with customers’ technical departments to drive satisfaction and business growth.
• Manage construction and modification of sites within timescales and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Select and manage external suppliers and subcontractors.
