Job summary

Telia Cygate is seeking a Network Consultant to design and implement network and security solutions for Sweden’s largest customers. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN environments while collaborating across networking, security, and hybrid IT teams.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, proactive problem solving, and the ability to translate requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in switching and routing technologies.
• Solid experience with SD-WAN solutions.
• Broad knowledge of network security and related technologies.
• Experience with installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English.
• A valid Category B driver's license.

Overview

Network Consultant to join Telia Cygate. Jenny Flaherty leads Networking team in Växjö. We are growing and looking for another expert to develop with us. Our team helps customers build, modernize, and secure critical network infrastructure, supporting their journey toward a robust digital future.

What you’ll do

As a Network Consultant, you will work with planning and designing network and security solutions, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in complex IT environments for Sweden's largest customers. You will collaborate with specialists across networking, security, and hybrid IT; broadening your exposure to cloud, security, on-premises environments, and technologies connecting them.
