Zusammenfassung

Legora AB is building its ESG function from the ground up, covering CSRD reporting, carbon accounting, and climate-credible client engagements. You will own end-to-end ESG, partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue, and ensure AI-driven workflows across disclosures and data pipelines.

You will report to the VP of Operations, navigate datacentre footprints, and steer the program with a focus on automation, compliance, and client credibility as Legora scales across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in ESG, sustainability, or a related compliance/operating role with hands-on reporting experience.
• Deep AI and datacentre fluency for climate footprint analysis and efficiency trends.
• AI-first mindset; automate CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP reporting with AI.

Aufgaben

• Stand up Legora's ESG function and define strategy, commitments, and operating plan.
• Automate the reporting stack for CSRD and security questionnaires.
• Own CSRD readiness and reporting with Finance and Legal.
• Model and track compute and datacentre climate footprint and report forward-looking trends.
• Build the carbon accounting model and run the offset programme with targets.
• Represent Legora on sustainability calls with client leadership and partner groups.
• Drive audit readiness and ensure defensibility as regulations evolve.
