Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager.
• Strong background working close to digital teams.
• Knowledge of P&O/HR processes.
• Expertise in managing projects with clear scopes, timelines, and milestones; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience of change management across multiple stakeholders; cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with agile methodologies is meriting.
• Experience of process industry is meriting.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing P&O- & tech related projects from inception to delivery.
• Engaging, coordinating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
• Defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitating communication between digital teams and business stakeholders.
