Ampstek in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Senior IT/Business Transformation Project Manager to drive large-scale SaaS programs. This hybrid role involves 3 days onsite, coordinating cross-functional teams across HR, IT, procurement and security, and guiding end-to-end RFPs through to deployment.

The contract spans 6–12 months with extension potential. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise software sourcing, strong governance and executive communication skills, and experience with agile

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise software sourcing and implementation
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, Procurement, Legal and vendors
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluations
• Governance, risk management, planning and executive reporting skills
• Experience with HR technology or employee experience platforms
• Experience in Agile or product-oriented environments is a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to create structure and momentum in complex environments

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end RFP process
• Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, costs and reporting
• Coordinate supplier evaluations, demos, workshops, reference calls and decisions
• Support contract negotiations and transition with Procurement
• Align stakeholders across HR, Digital & IT, Procurement, Security, Data Privacy and Architecture
• Prepare and facilitate steering committees, decision forums and governance checkpoints
• Ensure business, technical, compliance and operational requirements are assessed and documented
• Define implementation plans, workstreams, governance and resources after supplier selection
• Support implementation and vendor management if a new solution is selected
• Drive communication, change readiness and deployment planning
• Plan the project and resources with the Digital Product Manager and Product Owner

• HR technology, employee experience, employee listening, or related platform experience
• Experience in Agile and product-oriented organizations is an advantage
