Innopath Consulting Lda in Stockholm is seeking a proactive B2C Sales Representative to connect with private customers, present relevant products, and drive individual and team targets. You will handle outbound calls, assess needs, and close deals with confidence.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. A dynamic, modern workplace in central Stockholm offers coaching and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and good English (written and spoken).
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with phone confidence.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to private customers and qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Present offers and explain benefits of available solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.
• Record calls and sales results in CRM systems.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in regular training and coaching to improve performance.
