Job summary

Mynt is hiring a Product Manager in Stockholm to own core product areas such as cards, payments, expense management, and integrations. You’ll define problems, prioritize initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering, design, and partners.

You will spend time with customers and industry players to shape solutions, balancing business impact with user value. The role blends strategic thinking with strong execution in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Track record of shipping products that moved a measurable metric.
• University degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Bonus if you have accounting or bookkeeping experience (vouchers, VAT, reconciliation workflows).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and tie it to business and customer outcomes.
• Talk to customers regularly and translate data into well-defined problems and priorities.
• Write clear specs and balance scope, quality, and speed with engineering and design.
• Collaborate with card issuers, payment providers and suppliers to scope and deliver solutions.
• Define success metrics, monitor results, and iterate accordingly.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on upcoming work and its rationale.
