Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in network architecture, base infrastructure, platform engineering and service management.
• Experience navigating cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments with IaC.
• Ability to lead technical teams and drive adoption of modern design patterns.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering efforts across multiple teams to align ideas and reuse patterns.
• Collaborate with Architecture to connect cloud, AI, and automation solutions across products.
• Onboard new engineers and promote an inclusive engineering culture.
• Represent IKEA’s platform strategy internally and externally and drive improvements.
