About the Role

As a Software Developer you will work across the full technology stack — from modern frontend frameworks to backend services and cloud infrastructure. The role has a strong hands‑on focus, where you will contribute throughout the full product lifecycle and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, high‑quality solutions that make a real impact for our industrial customers.

This role can be based in either Björbo or Borlänge.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications in Web environment
• Build, maintain, and improve Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows
• Contribute to cloud‑based solutions hosted in Azure
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Take ownership of tasks across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Software Developer who has worked with complex technical environments for several years, is confident making sound technical decisions, and can independently drive work from idea to implementation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, but you are also comfortable taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and contributing with maturity and perspective across both frontend and backend development.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in software development with a focus on .NET and web applications
• Frontend skills in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (Tailwind is a plus)
• Experience developing C# .NET Web APIs
• Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Experience working in Agile development teamsBackground in developing solutions for industrial or technical customers
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
