Job summary

If is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the Nordic team delivering ITSM, CMDB, and platform upgrades. You will collaborate with remote teams in Stockholm, Turku, and other Nordic locations to design and implement solutions using Flow, UI Builder, Mobile App, Studio, AI Agents, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree, 2–3 years ServiceNow experience, a Foundation Certification, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, design and architecture.
• ServiceNow Foundation Certification.
• Strong problem-solving with business needs using out-of-box functionality and/or scoped apps.
• English language proficiency; Nordic communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote teams and clients.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities; upgrade platform twice yearly.
• Develop with Flow, UI Builder, Mobile App, Studio, AI Agents and Chat Assistants.
• Design and develop queries, reports, forms and dashboards.
• Administer ServiceNow apps and adjust security/workflow configurations.
• Assist data import, custom scripts and integrations.

We are a team with both developers and Solution Architects, supporting and giving value to our Business and IT.Our team works with process improvements, solution design, problem solving, development and transformation projects that range in scope and business areas.
