Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden seeks a senior Service Business Manager to drive strategic service growth across select markets. You will lead initiatives with business units to deliver end-to-end ILS solutions and tailored concepts for Power Solutions, ensuring availability and uptime.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, English fluency, and experience with defence customers or regulated environments, with travel to international clients.

Qualifications

• A commercial or technical university degree.
• Experience from service operations, service development, or aftermarket.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.
• Experience from defence customers or regulated environments.
• Experience with ILS, tenders, or complex customer deliverables.
• Experience negotiating or managing contracts.
• Knowledge of documentation, training, and lifecycle service solutions.
