Job summary

SCANIA CV AKTIEBOLAG's Power Solutions unit seeks a Service Manager responsible for defence and ILS, combining service leadership with end-to-end ILS deliverables for defence customers across international markets.

You will drive service development, establish strategic plans for selected markets and customers, and implement new service concepts while ensuring availability, uptime, documentation, training and spare parts provisioning; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience from service operations, service development, or aftermarket.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the service business together with business units.
• Establish and execute strategic plans for selected markets and customers.
• Develop and implement new service concepts within Power Solutions.
• Lead ILS activities within defence projects, tailoring end-to-end ILS solutions.
• Deliver enablers for availability and uptime: documentation, manuals, training and spare parts provisioning.
