Dustin Aktiebolag is seeking a Service Desk Representative to join our team. You will help customers navigate IT challenges, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless support experience in a hybrid work environment.

You will use your IT knowledge to troubleshoot with colleagues, manage cases, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating across Delivery, Operations and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience providing customer support via phone and email is a plus.
• Professional communication in Swedish and English.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring excellent customer support by resolving technical issues, managing cases efficiently, and delivering a seamless customer experience that keeps customers satisfied.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality customer support, meeting SLA commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Delivery, Operations, and Sales departments to provide the best possible service experience.

Core Activities

• Helping customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with colleagues.
• Managing cases according to ITIL processes.
