Job summary

Acne Studios in Stockholm is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations. You will handle incidents, provide IT support, and contribute to IT task coordination with global standards.

The role requires experience across PC/Mac platforms, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT operations, or other customer-facing IT roles.
• Practical experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request management.
• Solid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience supporting both PC and Mac environments, including Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience supporting retail IT environments, including store technology such as POS setups and payment terminals.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Egnyte, or Box.
• Experience in global or multi-site environments.
• ITIL experience or certification is meriting.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
