Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Service Coordinator to lead and support a team of Service Technicians across Finland. You will plan workloads, coordinate daily activities, and ensure strong communication between customers and technicians to meet service goals.

You will oversee procurement, maintenance planning, and documentation in planning systems and Oracle, while driving service quality and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Finnish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; university degree preferred.
• At least 3 years coordinating work in service.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians.
• Supervise safety and quality of service work.
• Review service reports and documentation for accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams.
• Lead regular coordination meetings and manage backlog and priorities.
• Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare work orders and dispatch technicians.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance per contracts or operational needs.
• Manage orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement: POs, parts, receipts, transactions.
• Maintain databases and records (orders, contracts, equipment, invoices).
• Ensure safety rules and perform site safety follow-ups.
• Support customer satisfaction and coordinate responses.
• Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.
• Log service activities and invoicing packages.
• Perform quarterly stock checks with Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.

Service Coordinator will lead and support a team of Service Technicians within assigned jobs across Finland. Plan and coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations, maintain strong team cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.
• Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring timely, high-quality completion.
• Review service reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams.
• Lead regular coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog, forecast, and priorities.
• Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of all interventions.
• Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.
• Plan and track preventive maintenance activities according to contracts or operational needs.
• Manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes: issuing POs, ordering parts, receiving goods, and completing transactions.
• Maintain accurate databases and administrative records (orders, contracts, sold equipment, claims, invoices, etc.).
• Ensure all work follows safety rules, perform site safety follow-ups, and escape issues when needed.
• Support customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating responses.
• Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.
• Log service activities, technical data, and required documentation in tracking systems.
• Monitor worksheets, quotations, orders, and equipment deliveries; prepare monthly invoicing packages for Service, Parts, and Equipment.
• Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum high school education (preferred University education)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Coordination of work in service
• Experience in leading or supervising a small team welcome
