Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading complex workplace or commercial projects.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong understanding of workplace strategy, employee experience, and organisational change.
• Experience with workplace concepts, office planning, and workplace transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace architecture and interior projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate business needs into workplace strategies, concepts, and design solutions.
• Develop workplace concepts, standards, and design guidelines.
• Support and contribute to long‑term site and campus master planning activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, interviews, and user research.
• Communicate design solutions and recommendations to non‑design stakeholders.
