• Own the digital experience vision, roadmap, and prioritization using a project management approach.
• Define and drive the global strategy aligned to business goals.
• Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable roadmap across functions.
• Lead development of business cases and associated investments for initiatives.
• Lead a team to analyze, design and optimize business processes related to customer interactions and dealer engagement to improve digital experience and overall business performance.
• Partner with D&IT to develop resource plans for roadmap initiatives and deliverable dates.
