Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Senior Systems Specialist to join our Implementation Services in Sweden. In this role, you will configure M-Files to meet customer needs and work on national and international projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of consulting experience, be fluent in Norwegian and English, and hold a relevant degree. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the transformation of our customers' operations.

We are strengthening our team and looking for a new Senior Systems Specialist to join our Implementation Services organization in Sweden.

As a System Specialist, you will configure M-Files to meet customer needs and work closely with your team in both national and international projects. By sharing your expertise and sparring with colleagues, you’ll contribute to impactful implementations. Supported by a skilled and collaborative team, you’ll take part in meaningful projects that fundamentally transform how our customers operate in today’s digital, work‑from‑anywhere world.

Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with direct customers and partners in M-Files projects. You will support customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product.

Your main responsibilities include configuring business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution’s lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

Requirements

• Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
• 5 years of experience in consulting work
• Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g., Visio)
• Experience working in the customer interface
• Native Norwegian and fluency in English; other language skills are considered an advantage
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or another technical, business or commercial field

Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas: Basic knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML; Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations; Experience in various integrations between IT systems; Various IT systems and databases; Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, databases, network infrastructure); Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET.
