Position Overview

M‑Files is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team in Sweden. The role involves working closely with national and international teams on customer projects, sharing knowledge, and driving significant initiatives that transform how the world manages information.

Responsibilities

The daily work consists primarily of consulting with customers on M‑Files projects, perceiving their business processes, and enabling enhancements using our product. As a Solution Architect you design and implement advanced M‑Files solutions, define business requirements, plan system designs, divide implementations, ensure scalability and maintainability, and support continuous improvement of implementation practices.

Qualifications

• Several years as a Solution Architect or an equivalent technical role.
• Active participation in customer projects and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written—accommodating stakeholders at all technical levels.
• Experience analyzing customer and business requirements.
• Experience documenting and presenting specifications.
• Experience serving in a customer interface role.
• B.Sc or M.Sc in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness and readiness to travel within Sweden and abroad.
• Valid residency and work authorization in Sweden (relocation support not provided).

Additional Competencies (Valued)

• Passion and expertise in IT systems, databases and integrations.
• Understanding of software development and how programming supports implementations.
• Knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, databases, network infrastructure).
• Familiarity with technologies such as M‑Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET.
