Job description

We are strengthening our team and looking for new System Specialists to join our Implementation Services organization in Sweden.

As a System Specialist (Configuration Management), you will be configuring M-Files to meet the customer needs. No coding skills are not needed.

As a System Specialist, you will work closely with your team in both national and international customer projects by sharing your knowledge and sparring with your colleagues. With the help of a great, competent team, you get to work in significant projects that profoundly change the way our customers do business in the digital, work‑from‑anywhere world.

Your daily work consists mostly of consulting with direct customers and M-Files partners in M-Files projects. You will be supporting our customers in developing their business processes with the use of our product.

Your main responsibilities include configuring business requirements with the customer and planning a system design with the ascertained requirements. By choosing the correct methods of implementation with scalability and maintenance in mind, you ensure a high customer value throughout the solution’s lifecycle. You will also participate in the continuous development of our implementation practices.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Ability and passion to learn about IT systems
• 1-3 years of experience in ICT sector
• Experience in documenting specifications and tools used for it (e.g. Visio)
• Experience in working in the customer interface
• Native Swedish and fluency in English, other language skills are considered as an advantage
• B.SC or M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or other technical, business or commercial field

Additionally, we value competence in some of these areas:

• Basic knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML
• Using AI/Agents for helping with your daily tasks: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or something similar.
• Understanding of software development and how programming can be utilized in implementations
• Experience in various different integrations between IT systems
• Various IT systems and databases
• Corporate IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Databases, Network Infrastructure)
• Other technologies: M-Files, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, .NET
