Job summary

Vivicta is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead software- and technology-related sourcing initiatives. You will identify opportunities, manage a pipeline, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable value while steering negotiations and supplier optimization across a global base.

You will collaborate with Legal, Security & Compliance, Sustainability, and Finance to align with regulatory and commercial requirements, ensuring efficient purchasing across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Extensive experience negotiating significant software technology initiatives.
• Experience with software licensing across IT infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions.
• Experience in international, matrix organizations; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities and execute strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for large, complex sourcing projects.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security & Compliance, Finance, and other service organizations to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage supplier lifecycle and performance across global suppliers.
