You will coordinate vendor relationships, collaborate with international colleagues, and help shape strategic IT sourcing programs across hardware, software, and managed services. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree with strong academic results.
• Ideally 6–10 years of experience in Tech Sourcing, IT procurement, or related IT supplier work.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage complex projects.
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams.
• Business fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holistic project management across IT sourcing projects.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and support large tenders and RFx processes.
• Facilitate workshops, lead negotiations, and guide presentations to clients and teams.
• Shape internal knowledge and best practices in our Center of Excellence for Tech Sourcing.
