Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or similar dynamic environment.
• Strong working experience with Excel, SQL, and Looker, including the creation of KPIs and definitions.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and ownership of outcomes.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset with a drive to improve operational outcomes.
• Nice to have familiarity with modern productivity tools and AI/GPT assistants.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic (Senior) Specialist, Logistics Operations to join our regional logistics team. This position is based in Budapest, Prague, Vienna or Stockholm.

In this high-impact role, you will be a key driver of our logistics operations across the European region. You will blend deep data analysis with end-to-end market ownership to solve complex operational challenges.

You will act as the bridge between data-driven insights and on-the-ground execution. Your core focus will be driving daily operational excellence through precise rider staffing and forecasting within an ever changing climate. You will ensure our rider supply is perfectly aligned with customer demand to maintain high service levels while maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Daily Staffing: Take ownership of the daily demand planning and rider staffing process. You will analyze demand patterns, refine forecasting models, and execute shift planning to ensure optimal fleet coverage, balancing service level targets with cost efficiency.
• Market Performance: Take full ownership of logistics performance for key EU markets. You will proactively monitor daily trends, diagnose operational issues, and implement data-backed solutions to improve delivery times and fleet efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights. Through analysis and visualisations you will create compelling strategic recommendations that directly influence our regional logistics strategy and tactical decisions.
• Product Rollouts: Spearhead the operational launch of new logistics products and features in your markets. You will ensure seamless execution, perform impact analysis, and align local operations with central product teams.
• Project Delivery: Manage high-impact regional projects focused on optimizing rider earning structures and overall logistics efficiency. You will work to standardize best practices and drive performance improvements across the region.
• Collaborate for Impact: Act as a strategic partner to local logistics heads, working closely to translate regional strategies into local market wins.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or a similar dynamic environment.
• Technical Fluency: You must have strong working experience with Excel, SQL, and Looker, including the creation of KPIs and definitions.
• Education: University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Analytical Mindset: You possess a hands-on mentality and logical thinking skills. You are capable of creating impact through data-driven decisions and are happy to question the status quo.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. You can explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
