Job summary

Sinch Telco, a standalone business within Sinch, seeks an experienced software engineer focused on AI-driven development to accelerate AI-powered practices across Sinch Telco. You will design, build, verify and deliver software using AI agents, shaping how AI is applied in software development.

You’ll lead by example, spread best practices, and work with product managers to define clear requirements for engineers and AI agents, ensuring long-term stability and maintainability in a fast-moving AI

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience and architecture design.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in production.
• Experience with AI-driven development workflows and multi-agent tasks.
