Sinch is seeking a Specialist AI Technical Product Manager in Stockholm for the Enterprise IT domain. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management or Technical Program roles delivering AI/ML or data-driven products.
• Hands-on with LLMs and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building secure APIs/connectors (REST/GraphQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of enterprise IT systems (Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack) and identity/access management (Azure AD, Okta).
• Strong data privacy, DLP, PII handling, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Deliver secure integrations via AI connectors for platforms such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, SAP.
• Build knowledge foundations for data ingestion, classification, enrichment, and retention.
• Drive AI quality and safety with metrics, A/B tests, drift monitoring.
• Ensure security and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR; create incident playbooks.
• Enable adoption through training programs and clear roles across IT and business units.
