You will act as the primary advisor to unlock the platform's potential, navigating ambiguity and negotiating to secure growth for local businesses. You will manage partner portfolios with urgency, using data-driven insights to improve KPIs and drive optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, sales or customer-facing functions.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
• Ability to negotiate with external partners and overcome objections.
• Ability to handle high-ambiguity environments and pivot quickly with changing priorities.
• Data-driven insights for portfolio sales lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with restaurant partners in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
• Manage partner portfolios using data-driven KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve merchant issues and unblock growth to ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Influence adoption of new features, marketing products, and services.
