We are hiring Senior SEO Specialist for Sweden.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to support and improve organic search visibility and traffic across a global e-commerce platform. The role involves owning SEO analysis, identifying growth opportunities, optimising content and category pages, and translating search performance data into actionable commercial recommendations.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with enterprise SEO, large-scale e-commerce websites, keyword research, content optimisation, and SEO analytics. Experience using AI tools and automated or agentic AI workflows to improve SEO processes is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own SEO analysis across global e-commerce platforms, including keyword research, search-intent and competitor analysis, performance monitoring, and identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Develop and optimise SEO content and category strategies, including content briefs, metadata, internal linking, and on-page optimisation, while collaborating with SEO, content, e-commerce, product, technology teams, and external agencies to drive implementation.
• Monitor SEO performance and search trends, communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, and improve SEO workflows through experimentation, AI tools, and automated or agentic AI solutions.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years of Strong hands-on experience with enterprise SEO and large e-commerce websites .
• Advanced knowledge of keyword research, search intent analysis, on-page SEO, content optimisation and internal linking.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs and enterprise SEO crawling/monitoring tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical SEO, product and development teams.
• Experience using AI tools to improve SEO research, analysis, content workflows or operational efficiency .
• Experience designing or working with agentic/automated AI workflows is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Senior-level SEO expertise, independently managing SEO workstreams from analysis and opportunity identification to recommendations and implementation follow-up.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating SEO insights into commercial recommendations across global markets and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities, challenging existing approaches, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with external agency partners.
