Job summary

Headsource AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks an experienced SEO professional to lead end-to-end SEO for global e-commerce initiatives. You will conduct advanced keyword and performance analyses, develop content briefs, metadata, and internal linking strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SEO and large e-commerce websites.
• Advanced keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs.
• Able to work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of technical SEO and collaboration with product/development teams.
• Experience using AI tools to improve SEO research and workflows.
• Senior-level SEO practitioner with experience in large international e-commerce or retail.
• Ability to own SEO workstreams end-to-end.
• Comfortable in a complex global organisation with multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; translate SEO analysis to business recommendations.
• Proactive; challenge approaches and test new ways.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO analysis across customers' global e-commerce experiences.
• Conduct keyword, search-intent, competitor and performance analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable SEO recommendations.
• Develop and optimise SEO content and category recommendations, including content briefs, metadata, internal linking and on-page optimisation.
• Work closely with internal SEO colleagues, content teams, e-commerce, product/tech teams and external agency partners to drive recommendations through to implementation.
• Monitor SEO performance and search landscape developments, identify opportunities or issues, and communicate insights and recommended actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Support ongoing SEO initiatives and experimentation, including evolving ways of working around AI search and AI-enabled SEO workflows.
