Job summary

Precis Digital, Stockholm-based, seeks a Senior SEO Specialist to lead tactical SEO efforts, manage testing and optimisation, and deliver data‑driven insights for client success.

You will collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams, conduct in‑depth audits, and drive initiatives across organic, AI-driven search, and CRO. Strong mentoring and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Technical, Content & Authority SEO and how they integrate with marketing strategies.
• Hands-on proficiency with SEO tools to tailor strategies for brand and performance.
• Advanced technical acumen to diagnose and solve complex SEO issues.
• Ability to analyse data across SEO and analytics platforms (GA4) to drive optimisation.
• Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics.
• High level of commercial awareness and track record of growth.
• Experience in communicating complex ideas clearly in presentations and discussions.
• Strong mentoring skills to share knowledge within the team.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio) for presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical and operational management within SEO with detailed performance analysis in client collaborations.
• Direct advanced testing and optimisation initiatives to enhance effectiveness and meet KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify opportunities for improving brand strength and metrics in organic and AI search.
• Advocate for cross-solution synergy projects affecting client performance (paid, organic, SEO, CRO).
• Manage commercial activities contributing to growth of the SEO business.
• Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Promote collaboration by integrating SEO insights with cross‑functional teams to improve client experience.
• Mentor other specialists and share SEO tactics to foster continuous learning.
