Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two established Scrum teams in a B2B IT environment. You will enable Agile delivery, coach teams toward self-organization, and drive continuous improvement across complex IT and business processes.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach for ownership and collaboration, help remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog, capacity, and delivery within fast-paced sprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or agile leader in large IT environments.
• Coaching Agile teams and enabling continuous improvement.
• Removing impediments and managing delivery risks.
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog and capacity management.
• Managing scope and change within Agile delivery.
• Conducting team health checks and delivery follow-ups.
• Working with DevOps and software engineering teams.
• Translating business and product objectives into technical solutions.
• Experience in large, complex IT organizations.
• Hands-on software development in Agile preferred.
• Experience in IT project management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure collaboration and delivery.
• Coach teams toward self-organization, ownership and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and proactively address blockers affecting delivery.
• Help teams maintain focus and avoid scope creep during sprints.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization and capacity planning.
• Facilitate scope and change management within sprint cycles.
• Conduct team health checks and follow up on delivery performance.
• Promote collaboration between development, engineering, product and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams using modern practices.
• Translate objectives into clear technical and delivery outcomes.
• Navigate complex IT and business processes and contribute to IT project management when needed.
