Swediumglobal is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Gothenburg, Sweden, to lead Agile teams for their automotive customer. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience, strong skills in Java and AWS, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Responsibilities include guiding teams on Agile best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Preferably, the candidate should have experience in the automotive industry and Scrum certification.

Formación

• 7+ years of IT experience with strong Agile/Scrum expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Java and AWS technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
