Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile/Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes through effective Agile practices. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers, coach teams, and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and business objectives.

The role requires strong facilitation of ceremonies, coaching of teams, and a Stockholm-based presence with 3+ years of experience living/working in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in Swedish or collaboration with local stakeholders is expected.

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and remove impediments.
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and remove delivery impediments.
• Experience tracking delivery, risks, dependencies, and commitments.
• Based in Stockholm, with 3+ years of experience living/working in Sweden.
• Willingness to work from the office on a regular basis.
• Fluency in Swedish, particularly for collaboration with local stakeholders and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Data Analytics concepts and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional or data-driven environments.
