Job summary

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two established Scrum teams in a B2B IT environment. You will enable Agile delivery, coach teams toward self-organization, and drive continuous improvement across complex IT and business processes.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach for ownership and collaboration, help remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog, capacity, and delivery within fast-paced sprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or agile leader in large IT environments.
• Coaching Agile teams and enabling continuous improvement.
• Removing impediments and managing delivery risks.
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog and capacity management.
• Managing scope and change within Agile delivery.
• Conducting team health checks and delivery follow-ups.
• Working with DevOps and software engineering teams.
• Translating business and product objectives into technical solutions.
• Experience in large, complex IT organizations.
• Hands-on software development in Agile preferred.
• Experience in IT project management is beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
• Strong experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and manage delivery risks.
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog and capacity management.
• Experience managing scope and change within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience conducting team health checks and delivery follow-ups.
• Experience working with DevOps and software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and delivery practices.
• Good understanding of how business and product objectives translate into technical solutions.
• Experience working in large and complex IT organizations.
• Experience navigating complex IT and business processes.
• Previous hands-on software development experience in an Agile environment is an advantage.
• Experience in IT project management is beneficial.

Education

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

Languages

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
