Job summary

Ultra Group AB in the Stockholm area is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to develop and improve assembly lines in an advanced manufacturing environment, covering both an existing facility and a new site.

You will collaborate with production teams, line technicians, operators, and support functions to optimize assembly processes, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and lead Lean and PFMEA initiatives. Experience with ERP systems and structured project management is required.

Qualifications

• M.Sc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in assembly/manufacturing.
• Strong experience in production, problem-solving, and project management.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; structured and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly processes, methods and production flows.
• Support daily production with technical expertise and problem-solving.
• Develop assembly instructions and PFMEA.
• Define and ensure the correct tools and equipment at each workstation.
• Coordinate activities with line managers and support functions.

About the Role
