Job summary

Gapwaves AB in Sweden is seeking a Production Automation Engineer to maintain deployed production equipment and support programming, testing, and releases. You will also handle spare parts, technical training, and ensure smooth code deployments.

Role involves acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers, with involvement in deploying new equipment concepts and contributing to development efforts within a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• Education within Mechatronics, Automation or programming.
• High volume production experience, including shift lead/team lead positions.
• PLC programming.
• Robot programming.
• AOI or automated image recognition.
• Measurement instruments (RF related).

• Spare parts management.
