Job summary

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in improving our manufacturing operations by optimizing processes, solving production challenges, and supporting the continuous development of our production environment. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality manufacturing. This is a hands‑on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent practical experience with a proven track record may also be considered.
• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
• The ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, quality, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to work hands‑on in the production environment.
• Professional proficiency in English. Swedish is considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Production test systems and troubleshooting of test programs.
• Maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
• ERP systems and CAD tools.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, process optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) and production industrialization.
