inventYOU IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to bridge business and IT in a public-sector environment. You will own the full requirements lifecycle across several IT systems, from elicitation to documentation, anchoring and tracing requirements in an agile setting.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst to act as the link between the business and IT development in a public‑sector organisation. You will own the full requirements process across several IT systems, from identifying and analysing business needs to documenting, anchoring and following up requirements through development, further development and maintenance. The role suits someone who works independently, coordinates stakeholders with confidence and ensures that requirements are clear, testable and traceable throughout their lifecycle in an agile environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience working in agile environments in the development or further development of IT systems
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in requirements management and requirements analysis, including translating business needs into documented requirements and managing changed or new requirements
• Proven experience analysing, formulating and documenting both functional and non‑functional requirements
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence in requirements management or systems development
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience must be from your own work and clearly described in your CV (assignments, roles, responsibilities, time periods and tasks)

Nice to Have

• Requirements management or analysis experience within the public sector
• Experience performing structured quality reviews of requirements (clarity, completeness, consistency and testability)
• Knowledge of the Swedish education sector and its organisation
• Independent responsibility for planning and leading requirements work, coordinating stakeholders and anchoring results
• Requirements lifecycle management, including traceability, change management and status follow-up
