Job summary

InventYou is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead agile ways of working in a cross‑functional team delivering route planning digital services. The role starts in November 2026 with 50% on-site work in Södertälje and 50% remote.

You will facilitate delivery, remove impediments and drive continuous improvement, partnering with product owners, developers, UX designers and data specialists to create structure and momentum in a fast-evolving product environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, information technology or a related field
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies and team facilitation techniques
• Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams and driving agile maturity and continuous improvement
• Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, risks and delivery planning in complex environments
• Hands‑on experience facilitating agile delivery using Jira and Confluence
• Strong coaching, communication and servant leadership skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Able to work on-site in Södertälje 50% of the time

• Strong coaching, communication and servant leadership skills
